its called a heaton for a reason
I lost interest after i saw it was all about a TVS....
Quit being cheap and have a custom intake manifold made that will allow you to run integral intercooling as well.
Also, why would you need to swap blowers?
What cam and heads are you running?

Screw that just intercool the damn Gen5 he has now get some real injectors and tune the fvckin car right. Im willing to bet the cars pulling timing up top to compensate and make the stock injectors work.
You have a point about the injectors to an extent but the TVS is still a better blower. I'll make power similar to fullsized IC cars running GenV's with an XP cam, without an intercooler.
Not with out INJECTORS and a real tune you wont Id love to see a data log of your car VS. the data log of 01gpgt01's car I can almost guarentee you your car is pulling timing up in the RPM to make the stock injectors work!
Injectors alone would make such a difference it makes me cry thinking your worried about the damn SC and not the fuel issue!
Lulz... Time to get some head work done.
And possibly some higher ratio rocker rollers depending on how your heads flow at higher lift.
Also, its amazing you're making that power on stock injectors.
Time for a fuel system upgrade.
Houston, we found the problem lol. Do you have a wideband or are you referancing the commanded afr?
I will upgrade the injectors with the TVS... dissect my scan for me. AFR is not the wideband AFR and the temps are in Celsius. I was commanding over 20 degrees of timing as this was a run at the track... it knocked a little up top but after I backed it down to about 17.5 it was fine.

IMO headwork is more effort and money that doesn't address the issue of the blower sucking!
I can show you scans of 21 wot timing 12.2 afr 10 psi on a gen3 lol
Ya I noticed it was right between the 1-2 shift. But it just popped out at me. Given I think you need to get better injectors, and get a solid tune and re-dyno it and see where you sitting. If your not happy, by all means then upgrade the SC but I think you should step it first. Otherwise upgrading SC and injectors at the same time, if there's a complication you won't know which it could be
still why not do injectors and retune to see where your at with the current sc then swap them because your so anti gen5 and saying it will make more hp than your gen5 setup now isnt much considering the tune and injectors fix the issue with the current setup then make more on a tvs would be impressive.
your going to need injectors anyways put them on and retune before you take the gen5 off.
