This looks promising. Still making efforts to read the complete thread, I'm on page 10 lol. I can imagine the anxiety level but can also imagine the gratification of that first strong run through the gears without issues. If its like painting one, you forget all the drama once the project is in use.

Don't listen to ^^^ Six Day Swapper (took him that long to finish all the bugs etc).

Looks great, on the VSS does this use a reluctor on the diff like it seems GM did on almost everything? If so, any idea of the number of teeth?

some how i think his phone failed to blow up on him while he was working on it too lol.

it was a 2 day swap, and waiting on parts dont count.

What swap are we talking about? The engine or the axle seal?

my engine swap, the seal was a crank seal oil leak, not a axle. had to wait to get a balancer repair sleeve to come in.
