Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Alright well there goes that idea. started checkin some more stuff out today. when i start it i get a massive amount of fumes out of the tail pipe and it smells like pure gas. pulled out the plugs and they all were black and practically dripping. i think my problem is probably the zzp pcm, right?

well i guess im screwed then...so you think if i order an intense pcm and put it in it'll run like a champ? haha im just worried about how its blowing air OUT of the intake

Backfiring OUT of the intake?

Taken off of website...common intake backfire issues combined with fuel injection...

A fuel injected engine may backfire if an intake leak is present (causing the engine to run lean), or a fuel injection component such as an air-flow sensor is defective.

Common causes of backfires are:

* Poor or unregulated engine timing is often a cause of intake backfires
* Improper wiring in the ignition can also lead to timing issues and intake backfires
* Low fuel pressure, clogged fuel filters, and weak fuel pumps could cause a severe lean air-to-fuel ratio during fuel injection

So...instead of wasting money on a PCM (which you should eventually in the future because ZZP's blows ass) right now...get your fuel situation figured out. I tell you what though...I've got a set of stockers here...shoot me a PM if you want about them.

well im pretty sure the cat is toasted now...so should i do a catted dp? with a magnaflow cat? or just go uncatted? im in ohio

emailed zzp, of course they are blaming everything besides the pcm. tested the injecter harness with noid lights earlier. i have good pulse. also disconnected dp and tried running it and it still died. so the clogged exhaust theory is shot. im also now throwing a trans circuit code, says trans circuit input high prndl or something. any new ideas?

Are there no local Ohio GP guys that can tune it for you...should be WAY cheaper than just buying a HPTuners IMO.

btw...replied to your PM sir.

i cant find anyone that can at least, i found a shop in toledo that does dyno tuning, but they want 475 to do it

they=zzp? I did not know that zzp would do custom tunes unless you took your car there. I would start with checking the tune and go from there. I dont know WTF the tune details should look like, so I am no help. I know basically nothing when it comes to programming/tuning a pcm.

yea, now zzp is saying im running too small of injectors and making it run lean. hmmm isnt 11.7:1 at idle really rich?

alright, convinced them im running 33# injectors. Now they want me to use my stock gt pcm and drive it around for a little bit. Isnt the timing way too agressive for the sc? I just want my money back from these people haha. I got all the flow charts for my codes today at school, and i traced everything like it said and it all refers me back to the computer.

yeah...about that. if you use your GT PCM be prepared to take off your blower belt as well. the timing is higher and youll probably knock a lot if you get into boost heavily.

my afr is 16.7:1 at idle...idk what that means exactly but my guess is really rich

Now which is it, 11.7 or 16.7? One is rich, the other is lean.

If you really do have L67 injectors and TB, using the stock GT PCM is a very bad idea.
