Alright back to the drawing board...
Today on the way home from schoo,a ricer does a classic fly by to me. SO i figured what the hell and mashed the has, keeping an eye on everything. I had the scanner on the whole time monitoring kr, which was 0. Oil prssure was about 50psi as well. Boost was at about 10in of vacuum while i was cruising at 70. Ricer flys by and i mat it, she downshifts, rpms jumps up and the boost guage heads to about 8psi, out of no where the car takes off like a bat out of hell, and the boost hits 17psi....then a cloud of while smoke flew out the tails and the car died.
 
oh yea, after i pulled over i checked under the hood, everything is covered in a mist of oil. engine oil is ok, but then i looked at the sc pulley (3.5"), and out of the end the the shaft i see oil dripping out. so i looked at the mat on the underside of the hood and there is a perfect line where the sc pulley is. so apparantly the sc just threw a ton of oil out the snout. i had my dad come tow it home for me, and i pulled the blower off and there is a pool of antifreeze in the lower intake too....
 
i did check the plugs they look perfect. how can i run 7psi at all times, then one random burst of 17psi?

Did you not say the cat was clogged? Backfire through the intake might have caused the crazy boost increase and blown something up...I'm not sure why'd you beat on it with a clogged cat...

But to me...lots of white smoke insinuates a head gasket issue...
 
to be honest i forgot about the cat at the time...and i was always taught white smoke=burning coolant. and i did have coolant in the intake. so maybe it blew the sc gasket? and the cooland went in the intake through there? but why would the sc throw oil out from the shaft?
 
Bent Snout Shaft? Snout Seal is shot too from the S/C Oil...blower needs rebuilt. What kind of S/C gasket did you use? If you used a garlock...that's why...they blow epic ass. Only reason I say head gaskets is sometimes a shock of boost...pops a hole in them...I'm saying this from 5.0 Ford V8 experience though...don't forget to plug in a few vacuum lines when boostin'...**** gets kinda squirrely LOL Especially at 30+psi O_O LOL He ended up getting metal head gaskets and is all good now...triple checks that stuff...not sure how well the stock 3800 head gaskets hold up but I assumed pretty well since you can bolt-on a turbo to a stock L36 or L67...

If you trust zzp to do it, then have them do it. Personally I don't trust them for tunes and for me an extra tune is way cheaper than a motor replacement. I just have heard too many bad things about zzp's tuning abilities.

WOW, can't believe all the ZZP bashing here, don't seem to recall a ZZP PCM ever blowing a motor due to too much timing/not enough fuel (ala intense PCM's). Way to jump to conclusions, though.

When issues like the OP's arise, first advice should always be to go back over everything that was messed with (especially wiring) since so much work was done at once. Things can easily get overlooked, as is the case here. Jesus could've done his PCM and the car still wouldn't have run right.

A list of mods to the car would be good to know, also did you TQ everything to spec and in sequence (heads and LIM specifically)? If so, what exactly was your procedure? Did you chase all the threads for the LIM bolts? Put RTV at the 4 corners for the LIM gaskets?

A 3.5" pulley is pretty small on an L36, I didn't go to a 3.5" for a long time on my L36 setup. And I had an SSIC, XP cam, pacesetter headers, powrtuner, etc. on my '97 GT. If you have no exhaust mods, no valvetrain mods, no IC, and no means of tuning, no way in hell should you be running a 3.5" pulley.

Oh yeah? Don't get started on the FIVE PCM's I got from them...none were right...blew my motor...also toasted a couple other guys cars on here recently...can't recall the names though but I remember the threads. Intense has gotten way better at tuning since their craptastic PCM's back from the ones your talking about...ZZP is the worst canned PCM out there...don't care what you say. DHP, bar none. Or get a custom tune.
 
i cant believe youre even driving the car with a clogged cat. i swear i will no longer help you with your car if youre just going to break it more when its already broke.

When you start piecing together a top-swap, a tuner should be one of the parts on the list. When I was planning my first top-swap back in '03, an IC and tuner were two things I would not run the car without. You can't count on ANY canned PCM for a car with other than basic mods.

So what mods does the OP have on his car to support a 3.5" on an L36?

EDIT: If you truly saw 17 psi, I guarantee you blew your intake gaskets, possibly your head gaskets as well. Do a cooling system pressure test, then a compression test and see what happens.
 
jesus christ guys simmer down. look if you dont wanna help me fine, sorry for wasting your time. but after having your car on jackstand for a month not being able to figure out whats wrong with it, youd wanna drive it too. and i did. and if i blew some gaskets thats my problem and ill fix it. the supercharger gasket was wet when i took the blower off. cant do a pressure test because the blower is off. im gonna pull the snout off right now and see wtf is going on inside the blower. i also got my dp today. so ill be putting that on as well.

First thing I'll say...you NEED headers...or you NEED a IC...or Methanol injection on a high compression build to run that pulley. A 3.8" is good enough...the reason everyone goes high compression is the fact you don't need a lot of boost to make power. While the blower is off put a stocker back on. While the blower is off you might as well port that thing too. Didn't answer my question either...what kind of gaskets did you use?
 
felpro interface on the sc gasket, gm on the intake, and felpro on the heads. Messed around with it today, found out its blowing out of the dipstick. thats where all the oil came from. tore everything down, got the front head off and this is what i found:
