The pulley has access holes to get to those bolts. No need to take it off.
Only 2 power steering bolts 12 o clock 6 o clock
with the alt off you can see the bolt hole up top a bit better when you look down from the top. can be a pita the first time out.
you cant get the pulley off or on when the pump is bolted to the car, it has to come off the engine to swap it to the new pump.
its pretty much impossible to get the pulley off when its on the engine still. theres no room for the puller. like i said up there. lol
the long wp bolt, try vice grips on the shaft under the bolt head, then tap with a hammer or other hard object.
