• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

On the right side, the part that fits in the channel, I had to shave the outer part cause it wasn't sitting right. Take your time and look at all the options.

3M adhesive works great for holding trim, just get thick stuff and run one solid line all the way down the rail, then get it where you want it, peel part of it off and stick it down line everything back up and peel it the rest of the way and apply some presure, will hold better if you scuff the rail and the track first with 600, or red scotch brite

You can do it the same way puttng it on the track first but place the rail down and when your ready just move it over and peel the whole backing off then stick the rail down. Once again scuff for a better hold

^^^great job I would've unhooked that steering rack from the sub frame though before you dropped it. They can be. Pain in the ass getting lined up sometimes

I bought it some Valvoline Full Syn oil (5.1 quart jug) and a K & N filter for $23. I thought that was a good deal considering the oil is around $36 and the filter was $15.

It was off. I removed both mounts where it connects to the subframe. It was pretty easy getting it back on, just needed a pry bar to move it while I felt where the hole lined up.

Trees down, 6-8" snow has fallen and still going. So I hid the car in the car port. Early hibernation I suppose.
