Apparently a person over a certain age isn't allowed to argue with a 17 year old?

This entire thread has been attention whoring your sitution, Zef, the guy whos recommendations have been ignored along with countless others who say bite it, have been still ignored. Otherwise this thread would be dead and have finished with a bunch of "oh that sucks, good luck" posts. Instead, we have you and street bickering about nothing but your sensitivity to what someone posted on the internet about you being an idiot.
 
There isnt a post in here that has been ignored, I have read every single one. This isnt an attention whore thread neither. Im asking for advice, the more the better. However when someone posts useless things telling me im an idiot is not advice, therefore not needed. Ive been done with this thread. However, more people keep posting in it and i respond occasionally. I dont see the purpose of your intervention neither. In fact id appriate it if this could get locked or just die down. I appriate everyone that tried to contribute something usefull unlike some.

So am I to assume that you're not trying to argue intelligently but rather trying to get me to shut up based on the assumption that only people who are useful are allowed to have an opinion?

I live in Canada, do you think I understand your laws? Each state is different and thats just not something I'm going to waste my time studying and I'd rather not trust google for legal advice.

But come on, you think street is pathetic because he's "arguing" with you?

I'm inclined to say yes because its not worth the time. You straight up say "I hate you" and you don't expect him to fvck around with you? This is the interwebs, apparently you think its serious business, which it is NOT.

I think the point being made is that you trying to use your status of good grades and stuff to have the courts go easier on you. That wont happen. Your best bet is goto Court ask the judge for a nonmoving violation and pay a higher court cost to avoid the points. If he refuses, ask the judge to have your case continued to next month and hire a attny to clear the mess up for ya.

And if this petty crap keeps up, I will just lock the thread

Told you to hang in there. I have court 2-4 times every month. I see this all the time. Did you talk to the DA, Officer or the Judge? Congratulations...
 
There was a criminal case going on, the judge took everyone with a traffic violation and lowered there tickets. I did talk to the backup, he said he remembered me and said he would help me out. He didnt mention anything about smoking even though my mom was next to me.
