I need court advice

That just goes to show you for all the cop haters, there are some decent ones out there. In this case he could of really bound you up if he wanted to. Remember they are just doing there job and are owed are respect. But on that same note, I'm not saying there are not some real pr*cks out there either. Congratulations on the case.

Told you. Never plead guilty. Stuff like this happens! They usually have better things to worry about than a pissy traffic ticket. lol. Although I'm surprised he didn't remove the points and keep the fine. You lucked out there.
 


The court letter said it. And when I got there the lady asked me if I had a gaurdian. I wouldn't get my mom involved if I didn't have to.

News to me. I never had to do anything like that. And frankly think it is stupid. I'll check around. Many times things like this are not law, but people just think they are a good idea and start doing them. And you are not required by law to follow.
