Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

2001 Pontiac Grand Prix SE (LOTS OF PICTURES)

I really got to look into that seems like alot of work. 3.8, pcm, trany, and wire harness. and with that someone elses problems...... yea i dont know. It would be cool . is there a write up on doing a engine swap?

Car will definitely look amazing once everything is all painted the same. I love the looks of HID fog lights and the Halos together. Same look as mine. I think it looks mean.

I'll repeat myself again, and what others have said. It needs a 3800, bad. With all the work you've done, you for sure seem capable of doing the job. I'm sure there's a write-up on here somewhere. I'll see if I can find something.

Today I got all the parts for the side skirts back. I might still have to order new brackets for the rocker panel because what the junkyard did to them. I’ll let the body guy make that call.

The last thing to still get my hands on will be the roof rails. Then its off to paint. The local Pontiac club saw the car and the VP was impressed. he said he had not seen a GP like this before. This was comming from a guy that owns 2 GTO's and 68GP, by hey what do i know. Ill take them when i get them

Very interesting watching a SE being modded, I actually like it even though it doesn't have the 3800. I'm missing my right side skirt and found a decent one at pull a part (junk yard). I used two-sided tape and thought I did a great job on fixing it but within a few days it was falling back off. I think it's because I'm missing the clips and they are broken. My moms boyfriend said he thinks we can use silicone to keep it on. Anybody have any ideas for me? Really don't want to go spend more than I need to at a body shop but I really want this fixed.

502 Boost: I don’t know why you want to use silicone that seems to me to be a jimmy rigged way of fixing the skirt. There should be a metal bracket that the bottom part of the skirt slides into. Then you use 2 sided tape on only the top part. If you don’t have that bracket, I can see how it wouldn't stay on. It’s not exactly the most advance engineered part in the world. However if it’s not right I can see how it would fly off fairly quickly.

I think I did a fantastic job on the two-sided tape. Must be missing the metal bracket. I have no idea where to get this fixed and it's making my ride look bad..

Car looks great so far man, I like it. Who cares if it doesn't have a 3800 in it...if it runs/drives fine with the 3100, I'd leave it and be happy
