Buying a Camaro Z28 1991...Thoughts?

Hey guys, I might be going for a 91 Camaro Z28 next spring. The car is in top condition, 193 000 KM body and 10 000 KM Engine. He is asking 10k. Any thoughts about reliability issues with those cars?

Mods :

Oversized V8 engine (350 to 355 conversion)
Ported and Polished heads
Upgraded drivetrain
Hydrolic lifters
Roller rockers
Edelbrock headers
Custom exhaust
Lowered suspension
Hi Torque starter
Ventilated disk brakes
Sound system

Rebuilt engine and transmission
Top shape body, rebuilt floor

I have to get it inspected though, there was a small rust spot underneath the car, and there seems to be a leak before the differential, maybe a seal.

That's still like 9600 USD....in other words...no. 10K is off the wall. You can find a nice LS1 car for that price

For some reason the cars selling in my area under 7k look all like ****. Personally, I don't like the LS1 camaro. The trans am is nice but again, it would still be in the 10k range over here.

I found an ls1 gto for 16k. Too much for me though.

I do not have the full mod list. Im pretty sure the heads have been upgraded as well. This car is over 400hp, impossible with stock heads.
 
I'd get a 4th gen bird for that price if you can find one. Nice 3rd gens around here are about $3-4K us
