What happened to TDC Racing???

well, good news for me, paypal is refunding my transactions :D

filed dispute Sept. 9th, filed claim Sept. 9th, claim awarded to me today and will be receiving funds in my paypal account within 7 business days!

*** If anyone has yet file a claim (not a dispute) PLEASE DO SO!!!! ***

Paypal is refunding our money. So if you don't act now, you will not get a refund. Don't count on your parts coming, get your money!

Seems like all the stink we are raising to paypal is making our case an easy one to win. Thanks to intrigue98 for calling Paypal and letting them know the situtation. I'm pretty sure that made the disputes pretty easy to resovle. Also thanks to AmericanSoldier for serving here and abroad. I'm really happy that we're going to get our money back. Best we could have hoped for now

I just did my Paypal dispute. Would much rather get the Aeroforce than the money back, but it seems I have no other choice.

He not only paid for me to purchase a new one locally, he also paid the return shipping for the other caliper back to him. Even when I said I didn't mind waiting for him to ship a new one. So I've had positive experience with him and don't think he is stealing or cheating anyone.

Something terrible could have happened to him and I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I know its easy to say when you are not currently out of money and waiting for a response. But just wanted to share my experiences with you.

He had trust of a lot of people and Then he shuts down his phone and his website changes his location and doesnt say a thing to any one just closes up shop and vanishes from here shows up on another website Today and cant contact any one here ITS not a tragic event for him Or else he would come on here lay the cards out on the table and start setting up product and refunds. Or at the very least an explanation...
 


WOW, just letting everyone know i read EVERY post just now and my eyes hurt.

If a dispute is NOT upgraded to a claim AND money is refunded isn't that the sellers doing and not PayPal?
 
paypal is probably refunding money out of their own pockets and will pursue him paying for it legally(they will sue his ass) if I am right on guessing what is going on. I am not 100% sure though
 


If I had decided to stick with the Impala back in July instead of deciding to go with something newer and putting my mod money towards a down payment, I would be in the same boat as the rest of you. I'm glad things are working out.
 
Someone please update me where has this gone?
I was defending him in the beginning but this is getting ridiculous.
 
yes I am going to file a claim with my credit card company tomorrow and let you all know how it goes. Damn though I really wanted those parts.
 


A guy I know from another GP site sent me this email. He was screwed on the Aeroforce guage as well. He decided to send Aeroforce an email and this was their response.

It makes perfect sense. It's the hallmark of a ponzi scheme. I wonder if he sells Amway too....

The CLAIM was filed yesterday. Got this today:
Status

This claim has been decided in your favor and you'll receive a $135.99 USD refund.

We will see when this clears into my account. We aren't out of the woods yet. I have a feeling PP is issuing refunds and then they will pursue TDC. There is no way he is issuing the refunds. Those of you STILL defending him saying well I guess he is doing the right thing can GTFO. This guy is a true piece of ****.
