Yeah, I added it to the Topic called TDC's reputation under the Buyer/Seller Feedback section. I sent him a PM yesterday and it showed as read. So I'm sure he is aware of the massive group of pissed off people.

I escalated my claim today. We'll see how it goes but it looks like the refunds are starting to trickle in for others who have made claims.

I have a refund pending now too. I don't know if he is behind it or if paypal has figured out what was going on or what. If TDC has stepped up and is doing the refunds I wish he'd say come in and say so to save some face. I don't think it is paypal though because I didn't escalate mine to a claim yet.

Same thing here. Hopefuly this is Parker's action and things can get back to normal soon. Not that death makes thing normal. : \

So Parker is doing the refunds. Looks like this might have a happy ending for us customers after all.

Looks like escalating will get this resolved quickly. I don't think TDC had his hand in this as it appears to be a Paypal deciscion

Just got my refund granted too. My last one only took two days to post to my acct so all looks good for those of us that have filed claims so far.

And wtf if up with TDC showin up on GPONA? There is a thread on almost every forum I have been on about where he has disappered too. So word is getting around slowly, unfortunately this is where he called home so we were all the ones that got duped.

For what it is worth I hope things dont turn to crap on here with people buyin and sellin. For the most part, everyone else on here is a pretty straight up and loyal bunch and I hope it stays that way. But I for one, have no mercy when I know I am getting a snow job!!:th_liar::th_skull:

It is possible but it is also possible that the reason your claim was settled so fast is because Parker manned up and admitted to paypal he hasn't sent anything and now he is doing refunds. IDK. Maybe paypal has seen all of these claims against this one account for most of the transactions that occurred in the last few days of August and is refunding. But since my dispute was not a claim, paypal is not supposed to be involved. I believe the only reasons they can close a dispute (and mine was closed) is if (1) I drop it (2) the seller agrees to settle it or (3) more than 20 days passed. It also sounds like this got resolved with paypal awfully fast. I would expect it would take a week for paypal to investigate a claim since these operations are usually understaffed. Hmm...I wonder...

my claim is in process but last night i called paypal and told them that they are going to have 20+ people filing claims for this guy. not sure if my phone call to them helped but i'm glad to see some refunds trickle through.

I still have not gotten a refund yet but keeping my fingers crossed.
