• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

Be Sure it's a polisher and not a Sander. Not sure if it makes much of a difference. But then get a variable speed :)

Harbor freights stuff is usually junk but if I can get a few decent polishes out of it...
Worth $30?

Never polished before. I do have a damaged fender I can practice on but I think I'll take your advice and wait for a good deal on a good one.

Has already experienced what folks on the GMLS4 forums like to call 'the rev-clunk issue'. Not a happy camper atm. The tranny is covered through the dealer but it will be a factory replacement.

Yeah, nxt chance I get I'm having the tranny scanned/checked by a reputable transmission shop, then going to the dealer with my issue.

Stock tstat is back in from a 180, getting some MPGs back

Lots of stuff to do besides this to the car this weekend, changes I shall like.

Put some antipogo washers on the front struts this afternoon. Figured that'd stop the bounce. It didn't. So I jacket up the front of the car for a looky loo and found the rubber ring between the spring and strut top plate way out of place. I took care of that.

Drove it to work, ran errands after work, washed it and drove to a meeting.
Got home and parked it in the driveway and put the sunshade in the windshield. She won't move again till probably Monday.

Getting closer to having 4 rims on the car, Just have about an hour of sand blasting left(hopefully tomorrow), and then powder coating.
