• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

Winter 2012 I had potenzas on the Prius. Between those crap tires and the traction control that kills all power the millisecond it detects any wheel spin, I got stuck in Tim Horton's parking lot multiple times with as as little as two inches of snow. I've got michelin defenders on there now, which are much better. But it still doesn't play well in the snow.
I have defenders on my gp, since last fall and I don't fear any amount of snow lol

Anyone know of another hole in the firewall except the one where the throttle wire runs?

A lot of cars are factory wired for fogs, even if the car isn't optioned for them. My Stealth did not have factory fogs, but not only had the factory wiring in the lower bumper but had the factory wiring for the switch in the dash.

I literally plugged in fogs, removed the dummy switch and plugged in a factory switch and had working fogs.

they do sell 1/4 and 1/2 inch holes, or just use a normal drill bit to make the hole.

that thing is huge and could cause air to flow in the car. hot and cold air loss.

I already got the hot/cold air problem taken care of. I have a rubber grommet that is the size of the 2 inch hole and it fills the hole in so I just push the wired through the grommet

If that's a wood holesaw there wont be any teeth left when you are done.

If it's a Bi-Metal holesaw, it should be okay. I've drilled dozens of holes through sheet metal with a 2-3/8" saw. The mistake most people make is spinning them WAY to fast. You should be almost able to make out the lettering on the saw as it spins. Takes longer, but you end up with a cleaner hole and an un-burnt holesaw.
