• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

I loaded the trunk up full of goodies in the Regal today and watched it hit 115k.

Nice! I had half of a Thunderbird in my trunk at one time....

Picked up a pair of L67 heads along with a few other goodies (stock L67 fuel injectors, bracket, pulleys) for the princely sum of $50

Changed the rear brakes and rotors on a buddies grand marquis. And the belt and fixed the hood latch. All while grilling steak

I rolled 99k on the work truck today. It had 78k on it when I started on April 21. 21,000 miles in 21 weeks. Additionally I have probably drove my car 3k miles in the same time period.

i rented a pick up truck for work when i was traveling to the mid west. i put over 4,000 miles on it in 10 days. i was in KS, traveled all over ks, and mo, as far north as lincoln NE, and all over ok too as far south as norman. i saw a whole lot of nothing out there.

unless goats and cows pissing and crapping as you pass by is entertainment lol

the co i worked for had a account with enterprise, unlimited miles. guys like thats 1200 blah blah dollars, im like read the contract, 250 here ya go sir.

Enterprise is unlimited miles for anyone nowadays. When I rented cars before from them it was unlimited miles as long as you didn't go beyond any state that bordered the state you rented from (ie I live in/would have rented from PA so I could have gone to OH, WV, MD, DE, NJ, or NY and not had to pay extra)

Either way 4000 miles in 10 days is a lot. I think the most I did was 1200 in two days. I also did 720 in one day another time.

For work the most I have done was around 350 in a day.

i used to do minimum of 200 a day, 3,000 miles a month for that roof repair job in my home territory. if you traveled your worked all 10 days, landed, worked, and worked till you left.

then roll off driving, i put 300,000 miles on one truck in 3.5 years lol and racked up another 60,000 on my starter truck lol

ive got to be damn close to a million miles on my lic. if you include my endless moped miles too lol

Where do you live cause I have like good all seasons and went through winter with approx 8inches of snow and slush even up a hill and didn't need winter tires.

Nova Scotia. We had a snow storm a week here last winter. Lots of snow, freezing rain, slush, flash freeze. It's wonderful :th_shakinghead1: And I don't live very close to work. Not taking any chances! But I did buy the GP because I hoped it was better in the snow than the G6.

In the snow a car is only as good as its tires and its driver.
