It isn't easy, but if he only needs to check for a leaky hose, this way is better than pulling the inner liner again. Here is a pic of when I did mine, and you can see that you can just get an arm down to the pump; I tried this way but my well endowed arms are just to big.I just replaced a pump in a 02 at work. From my experience with the washer pump it is right by the tire behind the splash gaurd. Not easy access behind headlight. Not in a gp anyway.
Got the newest member to my w body fleet running and a little cleaned up..still need claybar and wax to refresh the 20year old paint!!

Touche!Oh I have it easy. On a lift, pull the wheel. Easy unless the tank is full then it is a mess.
I'll take a crack at it, never welded in my life so let's do this.Oh well, worth a shot lol. Any takers?
I know it's not exactly the same. I'm just saying there's nothing wrong with modding something that is not a 3.8 lol.
Well I have welded things but am not confident its car worthy yet, one day yours will fall apart unexpectedly and I'll help you lol.I'll take a crack at it, never welded in my life so let's do this.
