• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

I just replaced a pump in a 02 at work. From my experience with the washer pump it is right by the tire behind the splash gaurd. Not easy access behind headlight. Not in a gp anyway.
It isn't easy, but if he only needs to check for a leaky hose, this way is better than pulling the inner liner again. Here is a pic of when I did mine, and you can see that you can just get an arm down to the pump; I tried this way but my well endowed arms are just to big. :D

That would be so cool with rwd and a turbo lol love that body style

Plan is to to turbo it next spring..not sure if I will put a 3800 in it or keep the 3.4...in researching that lq1 loves boost but parts are hard to.come by...we will see

Oh I have it easy. On a lift, pull the wheel. Easy unless the tank is full then it is a mess.

3100 with a 3400 top end, turbo kit, and meth injection.

I know it's not exactly the same. I'm just saying there's nothing wrong with modding something that is not a 3.8 lol.

Pretty sweet! Yeah I am leaning toward the 3.4 since I am already modding my gtp..should be fun either way :)

had to go and re flash my tune again due to the codes i wanted deleted were not deleted some how. not sure but the off board tuner worked like a champ one more time.

SD I'm not hankering mods so much now, the computer end sounds like a hassle. That vid the other day sounded good but it was like I could hear the extra doors holdin you back lol.

Blue02, I'll trade you hour for hour, come on down. Your rockers for my trans swap. I have rockers for you.

I delare my diff toast after seeing the pan contents last weekend and the noise and sloppy shifts I'm getting. Didn't take a pic on purpose because it was so gross, but I do still have the filter if you're into gore porn. Probably a three inch square area of friction material then the magnet with thick silver slime covering along with amber-esque fluid. So I must begin the process of nabbing the good trans from the 40th, then doing the ol swaperoo. Burnouts FTW. Think I'll keep the engine I have in there for now anyway. Theroetically, it has 30K less miles since built. 106K rebuilt vs 135K OEM if the stories hold true. Anyway... yay but I should be able to access a rack thank goodness, and do it near my toolbox.
