Clay, when you dash lights are out you likely don't have parking lights either as they are the on same circuit.

Yep. There's nothing under there that even relates to interior lights or taillights I believe..

does your center tail light section light up? if not check the harness in the trunk lid. they like to break and cause all sorts of problems. it also lights up the lic plate lights and reverse lights, and the lock popper for the trunk.
