Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

You got a spare set in the trunk for such reasons?

No, I would but mostly its my parents driving and they won't know how lol
I know how you feel Danielle. The lady I was seeing said I spent more time with my car than her. She said either the Grand Prix goes or I go. I took her in my arms told her I was sorry and asked her if she needed gas money. Yeah, sometimes you just have to move on.

My car lost something around 15 pounds today:

It's in there, it really is:

I also swapped out the steering column cover thingy for an aluminum one that was lighter.

Oh no it's not the steering column itself, it's the cover thing you take off:

04+ might already be aluminum, I'm not sure and none of the JYs around here have an 04+.

Yup 04s have aluminum I believe and it's not hard to get off. I had mine off awhile ago when I changed the ignition switch. Can't remember if it was aluminum or not.

theres the better mod for the column plate, just never put it back in lol mines been out for 3 years now from doing actuators. its in a box lol

^ Lmao.. Weight reductions indeed I threw it back on mainly because I plan on buying a aftermarket rs/alarm in the future and probably mounting the brains there.

Got a call on my last W-Body today and he wants to look at it tomorrow... it's days might be numbered.

Drove up to Sidney Ohio to look at a $700 Regal... its a 98 with 110k miles. I got the lady down to $600 but the price was still too high. It needed a fuel pump, intake gaskets were pretty grody, fuel fittings leaked, and had some pretty good looking dexcool in there. Also the interior was rough and the tires were bald. You'd probably need another $600 to make it a good car again, and a couple days worth of elbow grease.

Replaced the worn out trunk struts. Much better having a nice working set. Will be picking up another set at the salvage yard as a spare.
