maybe its just personal taste but why the hell do people get roof rails, no offense ,i just dont want my **** looking like a fake ass nascar

I spent like 40+ hours on mine and Im on 400 grit, I silica blasted mine and it helped alot got into all the hard to get spots

I havent worked on mine in a while I decided it was to nice to put on my car so know its just a display piece in my room

It's definitely not going to be perfect just want some shine under the hood.
 
I like rails definitely more on the 97-03..just different on 04s from others. I like em some days n dont. Oh well, I already have em n theyre on for now.
 


Well today I got my car back on the road. One new starter was all it took, if you didn't see the last post it was #20985 on page 1050. Long story short it failed me on my very first day at my new job, lost nearly the whole day of work because of it, and horrible towing service. I got to fix it on a hoist and in a heated shop which is cool. If it would have failed earlier I'd be replacing it in my driveway in below freezing temps. The new(reman) starter sounds totally different, I've never heard one like it on a 3.8 before. It's fine with me, the oem starter sounded very 90's like, but the new is something you'd hear on a newer car.

Yea planning on debadgeing but Im thinking about pulling the side moldings off, putting my special edition spoiler on and re painting the whole thing, but I got to many other projects first lol
 
I was going to suggest removing the molding since well you do bodywork and all.

Or get some of the better looking badges like the 40th anniversary since correct me if I'm wrong you swapped yours out for it.

I had the 40th Ann interior but I sold the seats, now I have the Daytona 500 seats and trim witch I like much better




since these pics I installed special edition door panel emblems as well
