Yeah it sucks bad. I went out for lunch today and I swear that there's an RPM range that it sounds like a fart can on a 4cyl. I do have a 3x18 inch glass pack there too, but I'm going to put back the stock mufflers tomorrow.
 
I drove to work then i worked on a lady i work with ford escape. She told me the trans was shifting hard and it needed plugs. The trans was slipping like a ***** so i changed the fluid and plugs, it had al 104's in it.
 
Installed new snout. And look at my awesome rotor's, be jelly.

lmao. that was the right one. as it turns out, though the left one made no terrible noise, it too was slightly busted. but that right one...poor thing. 4/5 of it was disconnected from the foam. oh well. it sounds pretty boss now. :)
 
Called it a whore. Threw the key fob at the groud when it wouldn't unlock said whore...picked it up and it worked just fine :th_scratchhead:

You might be having an issue like I had. When I opened my fob I found the piece that the battery slides into had disconnected from the board. It would still make contact most of the time due to the pressure, but other times it would not. I resoldered everything back in place and its worked everytime ever since.
 
.......ah jeez. i need an 04+.. i just prefer the body style i have over the 04+. but with the right accessories 04+ can be just as sexy.
 


I am glad my 08 didnt have that Monsoon system in it. I had to modify my front door speaker mounts for my JL's. That sucked.... stupid plastic things.

Don't you just pop the cover off with a screwdriver or something and pull the speaker? Or does it involve taking apart the dash? Cause I'm gonna need to do mine soon
