Did u figure this thing?
Honestly ive never tried it, I always bt from my phone or just keep a usb plugged it. But if I had to guess. You need the legit pioneer cable that costs $30-40. I think I remember reading that when I was looking for mine n stuff. I dont understand why but a lot of the reviews for the remade amazon cords for it wouldnt even work with it. But heres a video. Id look it up or call crutchfield if its a bother to you. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/DVD-Receivers/How+do+I+use+App+Mode+on+the+AVH-P2400BT
I posted before on my continuing stability problems. First I took it to Advanced auto. They scanned said it was the front hubs. I replaced the front hubs, no success. I took it to the Pontiac dealer, they kept it for two days, traced everything, said it was the PCM or the throttle body. They wanted $700.00 each to replace. I replaced the PCM and got it started yesterday. Tried it out, same problem. Step on the gas and it flashes a stability error and goes into limp mode. I decided to trace the wires from the ABS controller outward. Looked around and as I traced the wires I saw the vac T under the snout of the blower was off. Put the hose back on, road test, NO problems. Runs like a champ.
Sorry you had to go through so much to find it, but I'm happy it worked out.
