Floored it next to an 04+ gp today in the impala, he was consistently pulling away lol.
Also got my new compressor, and filled in the stupid gaps with silicone so salty water won't sit in there and corrode the pump like how they always do.

spun a bearing while taking it out for a tune. pushed 6# on a 3.25

Put the $50 struts on. Monroe sensatrac rears from Craigslist. Well $54 to be exact... but brand new and only took me about two hours.

Now it doesn't feel like I'm on a mechanical bull any time I hit a bump.

I finally "finished" detailing my car.

Damn I don't think mine came out like that. What products do you use? I tried megs ultimate compound/polish and it worked but I felt like I needed more cut. I used the compound on orange pads and polish on white. Finished with a dark sealer and liquid wax.

I think I'm going to try different pads

I washed it, clayed it, used Turtle Wax rubbing compound on yellow pad, Turtle Wax polishing compound on orange pad, Mother's Prewax Cleaner on white pad, Mother's Synthetic Wax on red pad, and finished it off with Turtle Wax black carnuba wax that I had left over from the Black Box kit. I used a hand applicator for the black wax and let it sit till it was pretty dry, then used black detailer spray to buff it out with a microfiber towel.

Invest in the Mothers pro polish so you can save even more time by sticking with the same family. Will save you the prewax cleaner step. It's not going to break the bank and it works very well.

Thanks and yeah, I definitely need to do a photo shoot now, but weather forecast looks like crap for this week so it might not be for a little bit.
