That really sounds like the ultimate car dealership experience.
I really like how they know what they're selling, who they're selling to, and its a sports car. It's meant to be driven hah.
I've also heard similar things about the C6 to the point where the extended warranty from GM is almost a no brainer. Couple modules fail over the years and it can easily set you back a couple grand here and there. Also, GM mag shock prices are simply stupid. Might as well hit up Pfadt or Penske at that point.
I'll definetly recommend Corvette Warehouse to anyone in the market for a Vette. They actually have customers all over the United States that fly in, get picked up by them, and then treated like royality as the paperwork gets processed. I wish all Vette owners felt like they should be driven, but there are a number of them that freak out if you take pics of a Corvette in the snow or rain. It's rather humerous. I guess this is where I seperate myself from them since I have owned numerous cars, 4 of which were Grand Prix's. In fact I have no regrets owning a GP. I'm that guy that walks up to a GP owner and ask him all about his car, mention the site, and talk all night about what mods he has. I was doing that in the GTO and a few GTO owners and various other sports cars owners would always ask me why I talk to them, Honda guys, or anyone else that didn't have "sports cars." Their comments were usually met with me rolling my eyes. Then me proceeding to tell them I come to the meets 30% of the time for the cars and 70% of the time for meeting other like minded enthusiasts. I don't care what someone drives if they have their heart and soul in it, I'm all ears.
Thank you sir. I'll post updates as they happen.Very nice, good luck with it!
: )
I believe it. These cars can be pretty wicked when they are modded. However, I have no plans to crack open the block. Honetly, it's fast in stock form, to me at least.friend of mine had a 03 Zo6 with head work, cam, tune, headers, loud ass exhaust. hands now the fastest car ive ever been in.
first gear goes to 60 mph in like a blink of a eye, while planting you in the seat hard the whole time.
he traded that car for a speed boat, it only took 3 years for him to find another one with less miles and a steal too on the price of his newer one.
he got 50 grand for the yellow one with all the mods. thats what the speed boats worth any ways, the newest one iirc it was only like 25 grand. and red.
bad ass cars for sure. drive safe. (in the rain especially)
I quickly forget I even owned a GTO and TGP when I mash the gas.Replaced the GTO and GTP with ultimate race car? Very nice man I have been looking at vettes for last couple years just haven't been willing to take the plunge
I feel you on the stripes. I'm debating if I should remove them off or not, but they flow with the interior. Not to sure about them stripes however props for it not looking like every other yellow c5 on the planet!
One of the reasons I picked this Z06 over the others they had on the lot. Interior isn't as nice as the GTO, but it's damn close TBH.man I really like the interior
It can get expensive, but that's with any LS based car. My GTO would have been just as much to mod.Nice car. I almost bought a yellow c5z before I bought my silver mustang. Only thing that stopped me was price to mod.

I don't think anyone can g wrong with any Vette, unless it's crossfire injection of course.:th_laugh-lol3:Fantastic pickup man, love me some Vette business.
LOL. I seriously hate those Corvette owners with that "Vette attitude." Oh hell no! It's the same reason I never hung out with any GTO guys. I didn't really want to be associated with them. This past Friday I was at a meet where lots of sports cars show up ( 2010+ Mustangs, Vettes, GTO'S, Supras, Vipers, Skylines, and Ferrari's). I was meeting my buddy and our group of friends (Corrolla, Honda's, and Smart Car). I pulled in and couple of guys come up to me and tell me that I can park next to the other Vettes. I look at them and said, "Nah, I'm good, I'm gonna park next to that Corrolla and those Honda's." The look on their face was priceless as I drove over to my buddies.i hope you dont get that typical vet attitude. over the weekend i went to a show and some guy bought a new c7 and was acting like a snob so my dad told him hey open the trunk up and he did but didnt like it lol. so when are you getting another one? lol you do need a his and her vet lol
I think I do need another one. The wife has driven the car more than I have. I already told her she's gonna make me break down and buy her a C5. Probably why she keeps asking to drive my car.
