and me giving you 40k to take it off your hands lol
so i'm just going to sound like a dumbass here instead of googling...
i've always wondered what the vent was for behind the doors. is it a rear brake cooling duct?
I have a soft spot for C4's. Probably because a 89 was my first Vette. Triple black C5's are sex.
Exhaust should be be here tomorrow and intake on Wednesday or Thursday. In hopes to have everything installed by this weekend. I'll have pics and videos of course.
The V's look sharp in stock form IMO. Even the first gens. The only thing they "need" for appearance is a drop, wheels, and tint.awesome! although my car is a bit plain looking at times, i kind of prefer it that way.
Lol. Hell yes. Old skool look with technology of today. Seriously the best way to go. I'll watch any auction shows I can catch and I've been surprised how much resto modded cars are starting to go for. There's beginning to be a good market for them.Yeah - the C4 was nice, too...took it out of that bland mid-80s flat look. I also wouldn't mind having a '74 Stingray...that's the year I was born. Although, ideally, I'd get a '74 resto-mod with a real interior and transmission in it..lol...I want the '74 body on a modern drivetrain...lol
I hope not, these tires have less than 500 miles on them and I have yet to do a burnout. Gonna be some bull**** if I have to shell out some more money for new ones in less than a 1,000 miles. Those 305 NT05's weren't cheap especially being 20" wheels. Got stuck with them because it would have taken a week to get some Toyo replacement.Them tires look pretty worn.
Ther just look that way because it's pretty much a drag radial in a street tire form. Little to no tread sipe kinda thing.
I'm sure you will get several thousand miles out of those tires, but I bet the tread rating is either a big fat nothing or something uner 200.
Edit: Just looked them up, a 200 AA A rating. Ya you'll get maybe 10k if that from them.
