Very few Hondas are "fast".

Like gps a few are quick, but rarely any reach the magical fast land.


Oh yeah and they are still damn hondas....

The car I want to buy, clutch and timing belt were already replaced. 1 owner since 2002, kept all service records.

Just because it was "replaced" doesnt mean anything. Within 3 months after first buying the gp, the already replaced fuel pump died and I snapped the axle..... I also had a fat envelope on records all the way to 2001. Guess how many bolts I have turned with these "records"

Yup i figured it'll be a Honda for the amount of money you want to spend. Can't say that I'm surprised either you wanted to bandaid a dying transmission on top of that topswap it to. Poor decision. After all a good trans can be had for $500 then you do your own labor and boom you have something to get you by until you can afford something better. Hondas also have their fair share of problems too.
