that's a small gap, i gaped mine at .55, i really don't think that would be the cause though.
what plugs are you using?
Could faulty injectors be possible?
yes, but unlikely since youre running so rich. youd be running lean with a bad injector.
Which throttle body are you using? The calibrations are pretty different between them.
Youre using an l36 throttle body? How does that work?

Page 2:What injectors are in the car and what injectors was the car tuned for?
Page 3:What are you scanning with? Any way you can post up a scan? I don't think 1 wire is your issue, i think its either multiple wires/coils or running way too rich, possibly due to the wrong ifr tables in the pcm or wrong maf table? I would not drive it or rev it until it idles well.
Your fuel trims are telling us that its really rich and pulling fuel to compensate, your inj. pulse is at 4 which is very high for idle, was this a spike during idle or a normal idle? If there was a vac leak, the car would be adding fuel or the fuel trims would be at +16 or so. Its also hard to tell until you get it idling normally. You might even want to give the GT injectors a try. The GT inj. are 33# and the GTP inj. are 36# or so, when tuning a top swap, if they don't put the correct tables in and your using higher # inj now, that would make it run rich.
Page 4:Not necessarily saying the intense tune is junk, somethings not right. It seems like its dumping way too much fuel. Where did you get this pcm from? Directly from intense? What year was it for? What year of maf are you using?
I figured it out. Apparently Intense didn't realize I ordered a PCM for a top-swapped PCM. I clicked the wrong setting when I ordered it and my custom options didn't go through. So I basically have a tuned PCM for a GT.
