Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

SS M90 Question...

that's a small gap, i gaped mine at .55, i really don't think that would be the cause though.

what plugs are you using?

Would an SS M90 tune be THAT much different that a top-swap tune? ZZP keeps telling me it's the PCM and I need a SS M90 tune from them.

Which throttle body are you using? The calibrations are pretty different between them.

L36, and I told Intense that as well. I'm curious if they tuned for my 1 bar MAP sensor... I called Intense, they are getting back to me soon. Hopefully they know what's up.

I figured it out. Apparently Intense didn't realize I ordered a PCM for a top-swapped PCM. I clicked the wrong setting when I ordered it and my custom options didn't go through. So I basically have a tuned PCM for a GT.

Intense has awesome customer service. They are only charging me $40 and are covering half my UPS shipping for me. It'll be shipped out tomorrow.

What injectors are in the car and what injectors was the car tuned for?

What are you scanning with? Any way you can post up a scan? I don't think 1 wire is your issue, i think its either multiple wires/coils or running way too rich, possibly due to the wrong ifr tables in the pcm or wrong maf table? I would not drive it or rev it until it idles well.

Your fuel trims are telling us that its really rich and pulling fuel to compensate, your inj. pulse is at 4 which is very high for idle, was this a spike during idle or a normal idle? If there was a vac leak, the car would be adding fuel or the fuel trims would be at +16 or so. Its also hard to tell until you get it idling normally. You might even want to give the GT injectors a try. The GT inj. are 33# and the GTP inj. are 36# or so, when tuning a top swap, if they don't put the correct tables in and your using higher # inj now, that would make it run rich.

Not necessarily saying the intense tune is junk, somethings not right. It seems like its dumping way too much fuel. Where did you get this pcm from? Directly from intense? What year was it for? What year of maf are you using?

I'm a god damn genius. Glad this is over with for now hopefully! lol
