Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

SS M90 Question...

you need a TUNE.

The Intense one isn't capable of even running the car decently enough to drive? I could understand a loss of power, or problems with shifting, but to cause this type of rich condition, alongside this many misfires... That is BAD if it's the PCM. HUGE waste of money.

What kind of fuel pressure regulator did you use.

I have the ZZP billet fuel logs. I requested the L36 SS M90 ones, but I see they say "black only" in brackets, and mine is blue. I hope they sent me the right one... Unless they just have other colors now...

I'll fix all vacuum leaks tonight. If this isn't the problem, it has to be my PCM, correct?

99prix has been running an intense topswap tune for a good year now with no problems. Even the stock GT tune should be running the car better than this honestly. Unless they ****ed something up BAD on your particular PCM, the tune is not the issue here.

Hmmmm... If I fix these vacuum leaks tonight and it still runs bad, I'll be out of ideas.

Any possibility this could be a faulty 02 sensor?

Well the engine goes into closed loop 30-60 sec after startup. But you are scanning, what does the 02's read? It might read or stay at a constant number if it was bad.

Not necessarily saying the intense tune is junk, somethings not right. It seems like its dumping way too much fuel. Where did you get this pcm from? Directly from intense? What year was it for? What year of maf are you using?

I'll have to read the O2 reading tomorrow. What should it be, approximately?

I got the PCM directly from Intense. He asked what I was doing and what mods I had done. I told him everything I was doing to it. It's for a 2001 Grand Prix GT. The MAF sensor in my car is stock, I haven't changed it.

I have no vacuum leaks. I am out of ideas. I've tried everything I can think of.

What if I hooked up my GT PCM? Would it run really lean because it isn't tuned for the bigger injectors?

It would run rich with the larger injectors, but it may be worth a try just to expose or eliminate the PCM as the problem.

I swapped in the GT PCM, and it didn't fix a thing. I'm still getting random/multiple misfires. Could it be that spark plugs weren't gapped correctly? What ELSE is there? I honestly have no idea what to do. I need my car. :(

Maybe its a coil. An icm could cause this as well though. If you are positive its not wires and its not grounding out through a bad wire and the plugs are good/gapped then i dont know what to tell you. Its misfiring b/c of spark or fuel, looks like spark from your exhaust though.

I changed the coils and ICM to the ones from my GT (which worked perfectly). Could it be that ground wire? I have it grounded to one of the bolts on the LIM (just infront of the supercharger snout). Is that ok? Maybe my spark plugs aren't gapped right. I assumed they were fine. Ughhhhh. What should they be gapped at anyways?

I believe .065" is stock. The ground wire for the icm is supposed to be on the pass. motor mount bracket, i doubt it matters though. Make sure the spark plug wire is not grounding out too.

I changed the location of the ICM ground wire, it didn't help at all. How do I make sure the spark plug wire isn't grounding out?

PS, my spark plugs are gapped at 0.45". Could this cause a problem?
