Re: So im getting ready to do an engine swap, any advice?
Well the L67, PCM and TOG headers are on the way and I got an engine stand waiting. I have a new gasket kit and arp studs ordered and have to buy new belts, plugs, Fuel pressure regulator and wires. I would like to thank Kevin Ross for helping me with the parts for the engine swap couldnt find a better reason to be a member of a site like this than people like him. I have to get the pcm sent off and I am going to have the blower ported before I put it together to put it in the car. Question is should I remove the old engine from the bottom or should I pull it out the top? I have contemplated both but dont know which one would be the path of least resistance. I plan on istalling the headers while the engine is on the stand. I have also thought of dropping the short block in topside then putting the headers on while assembling the top end, those who have experiance doing this please chim in and let me know what you think!
