• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

selliott turbo gp

I'd get an fbody intake.

Would solve all the issues.

Like, your horrible all of thems.

And your air filter.

Hpt pro ordered. My new lq4 showed up today, it is a lot beefier than my other one but I'm sure it won't hold but it will allow me to move it. I've been doing some reading, from my understanding the Lt1 is a 3" and the Ls1 is a 3.5" so wouldn't the Ls1 be better?

I've got a new problem the fuel pump is running with the key off. I've got the hotwire kit and I replaced the relay today to see if that was the issue but nope so as of now I've just pulled the fuse.

Is the breather creating a vacuum leak should I run a tube from it to the intake instead? Reptile and I have talked about this and I tend to agree. I'm having some idling issues and I'm wondering if it's due to this guy

I wouldn't run that small breather off the intake myself, big vac leak I would think. Valve cover breather only. you can run a front valve cover on the rear and run two breathers if you want but don't think you need too.

If there is no PCV valve or line connected to a vacuum source then a breather being on the crank case will not cause any issues.
its having the engine ingest un metered air that is the issue...
yours is not... it is merely ventilated to atmosphere
Like the turbo Regal at most you're going to end up with a condensation issue and reduce oil life which isn't horrible.

That Port is the Fresh Air Supply to the crankcase through the l26 intake which due to the drive-by-wire throttle body does not have that passage internalized like the early drive by cable cars.
It's an adequate vent as long as your engine is not worn out and experiencing lots of blow by.
It's actually better to use that Port than a hose to a valve cover to a breather tank. .. as that passage will allow oil Mist to fall out of suspension and drain back into the engine unlike a valve cover vent which basically vents a bunch of oil mist because of the rocker arms slinging it everywhere
