Safe to drop pulley size?

How much would I have to spend and what would I have to get for my engine to support a 3.4 pulley?or even dropping to a lower sc pulley? I have a 2001 3.8 GTP two door 140k but has newly rebuilt engine except still has same crank shaft.""

My car knocked up to 5 degrees competely stock...after tune intake and DP most I got was .5...now with headers I have 0 KR WOT throughout gears...just get headers the drop Pulleys according to your knock

before you go and drop pulleys, sometimes the better thing to do is get a real good tune on your current pulley. a really well tuned 3.8 pulley will probably outrun a crappily tuned 3.6 pulley and so on.

When you scan that will help getting an idea on " how safe " it is. Then take that number and decide if you feel safe still running it.
