When I dropped to a 3.5, I saw quite a difference.

Yeah I floored her a little on the way home from work n it seems a little quicker. Now I need to start reading up on what all the parameters are n what numbers are good n bad. Is there a thread saying all that because I haven't ever seen one..


so I got this HUD in today I bought off a member here. Waiting on the trim from some dealership website..but if I have some time one of these days I can always hook it up n pop the trim on after so well see.
Woohoo, I'm excited for this one. Makes sh!t. Lot more convenient cuz I always glance down at my speed.

anyone know where I could get the little clip to just plug n play? Or I guess I can splice n wire..just wondering if it'd be something easy to get a hold of though.

Haha yeah im gonna love it..gotta figure out hoe to do it..I can hook up a radio so hopefully its not much harder with that write up cuz im not a genius at wiring.

id say whatever plugs you want, go to junkyard and scavenge what you need.

also the HUD is invaluable to me, helps for recalibrating speedo too ;)

Planeboy 18 over on GPONA has harnesses I believe. I don't know if he would sell seperately or not. He's a good cat, who could probably hook you up with what you need. Join and shoot him a PM, they are some good people over there.

Yeah man, I hear ya on that, I also noticed I need one for the controller thingy, it didn't come with one to even splice into. I wonder if it'll work w.o it, although I wouldn't be able to switch stuff till I got one.

i had an account over there n everything I try to sign in, it says my passwords invalid n I tried too many times! Ill check it out tho n maybe make another one..thanks bro.

Gave her a nice cleaning today..waiting on trim and new hud setup, I was missing a plug for the control switch. Should be here Tuesday. So that'll be in this weekend.
Nice view with the rails, I'm starting to like them more.

Lmk how the HUD trim turns out so I can order one since I broke and scrapped mine 3 years ago and haven't bothered replacing it

Will do, I'd deal with the crack rather than spending 70 bucks on one lol

Lets just say FL sun plus having to fixing the broke spring on the HUD made it extremely brittle literally snapped in several pieces.
