Air tools wont get the bolt to even spin after pb blaster. Punch wont get it out, just bounces with sway bar lol. Fml I think just the rears will be like this but who knows.

Damn and a bunch of other bad words.
The nut is on the inside right...you try tightening first then loose. torch
I'm confused cuz you said there was no nut on the inside to hold but where it is cut looks 6 point
You would think with a breaker bar/3lb mall you could get it to budge
OK I'm clueless

Haha ik right. On the rear end links with the top nuts where it's bolted to the strut, I found the inside bolts and they just got stripped quick so I just cut them to avoid hassle. Now these are the ones attached to the sway bar and these won't move at all. So I cut it thinking it'd just pop off and that's the aftermath there. Ill try the breaker bar with a hammer tomorrow. I tried a socket and a power wrench n it wasn't budging. Jammed my fingernail trying because it whipped back the other way right between the tie rod n the wrench! N I'm over it now just gotta wait for it to be warm. I'm hoping the fronts won't be as bad because I could at least get the bolts attached to the sway bar to spin last time because I tried taking the whole end link off last time when it snapped but I just left it. So I'm hoping just the rears are the pain!

Re: Red 2006 Grand Prix GT Supercharged (Lowered, Rims & Aeroforce)

Yeah I need a better grinder with a good cut off wheel. Idk if the neighbor has one. He lets me use all his tools. I have one at work with a little 4 inch wheel but ill check tomorrow.

Re: Red 2006 Grand Prix GT Supercharged (Lowered, Rims & Aeroforce)

So I'm to lazy to read what you've tried so far but have u tried getting a thick flathead and a big ass hammer and hitting it? Or use a grinder or worse case scenario use this as a excuse to upgrade your sway bar

Re: Red 2006 Grand Prix GT Supercharged (Lowered, Rims & Aeroforce)

Lol just tried a punch really n a cut off wheel. I'm gonna try drilling them tomorrow. Ill figure it out, I didn't have the patience today to be messing with it. I thought it'd be smooth sailing but I should know by now!
