Haha no cam for me dude, too much. Id do rockers but thats pretty much it. I haven't ever done the LIM, ive read up on it n seen what it consists of but dont think mine would really need it. Have you done it on yours?

Sure have...****ty 04s lack what GM should of done back then. you should be fine having a 06 as long as they are the aluminum ones and not plastic. I once told myself ill be happy with rockers...bought some a week later i pulled them out and bought a cam lol so you really never know.

How will I know w.o taking it apart if mine is good or not, gunk up in by the injectors or something? N I guess I wouldnt know what I want for sure yet. Only time will tell lol.

Look at the yellow arrow. That's the gasket..see if yours is aluminum or plastic..more then likely it's aluminum though

So I changed my plugs to Autolite 605's, new Duralast lifetime wires, and changed the oil and filter as well. Seems to run a lot smoother n has some more pickup. Getting them wires out were pretty rough! Ripped 2 or 3 off the boot and took me a couple hours to get em lol. I just ordered mini morimoto s h1s with 5k bulbs and all the stuff to do a retro as well as a set of new headlights off ebay! Gonna take my sweet old time with it though to hopefully get it right the first time! Pretty pumped for it:th_peaceout:
