• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Question... NO

Oh ps, the 1" tap cracked the timing cover, it has since been tig'd up will be getting a insert installed and welded and tapped for 3/4" instead just like the lim. Lesson of the day, dont listen to others on the internet.

timing cover port we tapped to 3/4 npt really deep and the fitting hex is almost touching, permatex "the right stuff" rtv as the sealer/adhesive... lim we welded on the AN fitting at an upward angle to better clear the belt drive with a 90* fitting

lol I doubt that, still need to relocate the alt since the bracket is being deleted, and only a short day on the weekend to mess with it, but I think now that the timing cover is done I think I can have a complete engine on the stand again. I should have been a man and did this in the dam winter time , she hasnt seen this warm weather this year yet :(

Dicking around now. Yes I painted the motor cast alum and vc and blower case black. Need to make a bracket for alt then swap the m90 tensioner with a ribbed pulley instead of smooth.

I also discovered by removing the previous owners 4ga power wire the front passenger carpet is damp under neath and the trunk back left pocket was full of water. I am hoping I can attribute this to the crazy ass storms we had not that long ago and the car being about 15" higher in the front................... But she is on her way slowly, driving me nuts.

Bracket done, its painted hanging on the tree outside, few correct bolt lengths and its bolted on
1/2" thick, 2 direct to block, 1 to side alt, 1 alt threw bracket into block
