Yeah I was thinking response must be horrible for snow. Every guy with a truck up here has a plow. So two inches for us is more like four inches on the side of the road. But you guys would have to drive on it for at least a bit. But then again we can accumulate a few inches between plowings so that's more or less equal. Ehh different worlds.

I remember when I lived out around Olympia, WA back around 94/95, we got a dusting of snow and people freaked the fluck out. They cancelled school, declared a state of emergency, etc. The funniest thing was I remember my mom leaving to go to the store and the neighbor was like, "You shouldn't be out there driving in this weather."

My just laughed and said, "I've driven in MUCH worse."

This was the year after the blizzards of 93 experienced in the North East.

well....i talked to my mom and convinced her to let me sell my car. now to find all those people who already offered me 3k+ for it. lol and to convince my grandma to let it out of the family.

Lord no! The straddle of those things just aren't made for men, just sayin. Impossibe. So for now I just pay Buckle $100 for jeans a few times a year.

Ha! My dad works for the city, he's part of the team that drives the sand trucks and such. That's all we use down here. He can tell you all about getting calls at 2 and 3am to go get the trucks out and sand the roads..

Had to pitch the contents of my fridge and freezer this morning...on a good note, the meat in the deep freeze was saved. a good friend let us borrow some real estate in his deep freeze.
