Then I get a call from that jackwagon law firm representing BOA and I flooded her with questions to try to wrap my mind around what's going on with the house in foreclosure. Long story short, BOA owns it, SHE says there's not much we can do, and tey go to court on Wednesday in pursuit of the house. Says that since I am family, even though I have a lease, it doesn't count. Therefore no 90 day notice.
So I explained to her the situation of the death of uncle, the estate, etc etc and she said well. Have your uncle call me or I'll call him Monday.

So IDK but I'm scared to death. I don't want to lose this house I love it.

Maybe you're right about moving to Italy. Lol.

My wifes bonneville threw an egr code and it looked fine but i swapped it with the one off the old parts car and no more code.
 


My engine jumps when I shift between park and reverse. I flipped the upper motor mounts about a year ago. Should I get solid ones and see if that fixes it? Or should I bank on the lower mounts?

Yeah. I really hope you didn't mean that to be "my failure." Because I didn't order the damn CT scan, and I wasn't the one this house was left to, I'm just the one living in it trying to help my uncle save it.

But nonetheless, my uncle and I discussed what happens if he saves the house. I brought to his attention that if something happens to him, his wife, we agreed, would not keep this place lol. Greedy heifer. So anyway, he said that there's 3 scenarios here: 1. if he can't finance it properly, then the deed goes in my name if that gets it financed properly. 2. if he knows something bad's gonna happen, he'll sign the house to me so that ms. greedy won't sell it. 3. if this program they're enrolling in (which requires him not to own more property) accepts them, then the deed goes to me.

I'm like wow. It really touched me and I felt good about it. Soo. Yeah. Life's a wench man. School/career/work whatever. It's bubbling to the surface, the drums are pounding, and idk wtf to do. School ain't working out I know that much. I may not renew for next semester. That's a safe bet right now.
