I think I missed my true calling in life as a radio talk person.
I had to record a radio commercial, skimmed thru it once. Then did it out loud to the mic and nailed it on the first try.

Talk radio is more than just about commercials.

Can you come up with 3-5hrs of things to talk to an audience about? What about guests and listener calls? :)
 


Haha. I don't wanna be a talk show host. I'd be fine with just strictly reading scripts for commercials.
I'm on the verge of a cold and soar throat, so I was surprised when it sounded ok.

Had a pretty sucky day.. Got up, went to class, had an appt for a CT scan at the hospital, get there, surprise your insurance has a $2k deductible! Soo my CT scan cost $1684. She's like "how much do you want to pay?"
HAHAHAHHA funny girl she was.

But anyway, hopefully dad's hra account with the insurance or whatever will cover it. If not, we're fvcked.

Then I get a call from that jackwagon law firm representing BOA and I flooded her with questions to try to wrap my mind around what's going on with the house in foreclosure. Long story short, BOA owns it, SHE says there's not much we can do, and tey go to court on Wednesday in pursuit of the house. Says that since I am family, even though I have a lease, it doesn't count. Therefore no 90 day notice.
So I explained to her the situation of the death of uncle, the estate, etc etc and she said well. Have your uncle call me or I'll call him Monday.

So IDK but I'm scared to death. I don't want to lose this house I love it.

I'm not losing it, really. My uncle is. I rent. But I mean.. it's MY home. I'll be losing it. And what little bit of my deceased uncle that "lives on" in the house. It's all I have of him :(

I talked to my uncle today, he obviously took the time to call me, he was very calm. Explained to me how he didn't find out about the foreclosure until it was too late, and every time he called the bank they would not speak with him because his name wasn't on the deed (now it is). So I explained what the lawyer said to me, he said he has to call the bank on monday and then he has to also call the lawyer I spoke with. So that's Monday. Court date is Wednesday. He said that he'd do everything in his power to save the house, even if push came to shove and his credit wouldn't go through, he'd put the deed in my name if need be. I was like :th_dice-small: yeahhhhh.
But anyway, I will find out more on Wednesday if I have to leave or not. I can't believe he trusts me to put the deed in my name, but in a way I can..hell I'm the good honest nephew out of this fam damily. Only one with their head on straight. Soo. It made me happy. Doubt it happens, but the thought is nice. He's pretty convinced he can work something out with the bank so by all means go for that shiit!
