perf shift indicator in 98 dic wireup

Ive got a 98 GTP with the performance shift indicator in the inst.cluster and i want to have it in the DIC.The dic does have perf. shift in it.I have searched the forum, but havent found anything substantial on the subject.I just want to know how to make it active ( ground/power what pin or wire on the dic) or if i need a different dic.Any info on the matter would be greatly appriciated, Tanx

I used a 99 dic and it shows up

The bulb is prolly blown.
My 97 had pref shift.

I have a 2000 I get the "Performance Shift" on the D.I.C. not the I.P. but it makes me want to check my I.P. and see if my lights out now. I would say check electrical connections and bulb, but my bulbs on my D.I.C. blew out a couple a months ago I replaced it but taking the face off the D.I.C. is a little difficult without breaking the face clips so be careful.

Thanx for all of your help, ive been away from a computer and too lazy to use my phone to check this more.I went to a junkyard and got a dic out of a 02 gtp and the perf shift lit right up.That tells me that its not a missing wire or pin in my car (as i thought). The 98 dic just will not light even with the correct signal.
