so I decided since it was so nice out id go for a drive instead of sitting inside getting pissed at my retros. and I took a few photos

Dude make sure you mount the projectors in the housing and try them on the car before sealing them up! Make sure the beams are straight. I'd say do a black housing with a white shroud. Red is gonna look tacky in the housing imo.

I think if you blacked out all the reflective black and then the shroud white would really make it pop

well got it all cut today painted and ready to put together. also hooked up the hids and I flipped the high beams on and then turned em off so I thought. the high beam indicator stays on but not as bright and the beams dont go up or down

Them are gonna look so sweet with the white shrouds bro, good choice. I cant watch the vid on my phone, but I wouldn't be much help cuz I haven't messed with my high beams yet

if they're the bi-xenons apparently there's something you gotta do with those tabs, gotta move two of them or something. it's supposed to be easy. should look into it so they function.

There is a pair of pigtails running from the projector itself. What do you have those plugged in to?

they are plugged into the orange connector. ive been told by several that its in the blue plug two pins need to be switched

ah, the ****ed up electricals of 97-03's. reason why i dont have led turn signals on.

When you install HID's for some reason the HIGH beams light will always be on but just not as bright, then when you hit them the light on the dash goes full power.

Sometimes the high beam like will flicker on and off on the HUD, after awhile I just stopped caring lol.

But it looks like you have to swap a few wires around to make that cut off move.

got the high beams fixed. Got the lights leveled out just have to set the height tomorrow so I thought. They are all level the one side is all ready to get the height aimed and went to take the driver side back out and bam broke the side marker. Right where the bolt goes in it cracked looks like I have to get a new one. Oh and I didnt take into consideration 3 coats of paint would add a lot thinkness so had to cut the shrouds again

Before you seal everything, I would go somewhere where you can shine the lights on a wall from 40-50 feet and see how even the beams are.
