New MazdaSpeed3

Re: Gins 04 Comp G

That polly is more expensive in blocks and i dont like the idea of the threaded rod eating up inside over time. Hense why i put the nuts on. Mine is a more solid way of doing it.

Re: Gins 04 Comp G

i like the nuts and washers, looks like the it will give the polly something to hold onto.

the engine mounts with the welded threaded rods, wont that just be a solid mount, like all metal when the upper studs are welded to the lower bucket? just a thought.

Yea but i didnt go all the way up with the nuts so the motor will be sitting on polly. I hear what saying, i was thinking about it after i poured the first one. Still have to order more polly for motor so ill have time to think about it more

Re: Gins 04 Comp G

Wow just a year lol. I've been missing mine for probably 3 years lol
It was def time. I got a deal of basicly free because my neighbor needed his brakes done on his vw and he didn't have the cash the pay me so he paid with his credit card instead. Was getting tired of going to car shows and other places and people checking out my car and asking me what happened there. Got it off gmpartsdirect.net, the 2nd gen one in case someone gets confused.
