And I did..picked them up this morning..Real nice guy and won't say how much I got them for but came to a price a lot less than what he was asking. Either I asked at the right time or he needed to get rid of them.

But here is a preview after picking them up. What he described as curbrash is only a small couple of nicks in one corner of one of them.

Will mount them when the weather gets a little better. Like he said its got a little left on them. About a summer left.
I just put them in front of the rims now. Just to get an idea. Tried taking a total pic but it looked strange. And the top of this rim looks like curb rash but its just dirt.

Great score, I would have purchased them too (especially since you've mentioned you got a deal). But why did you purchase them for a GP GXP? Are you putting them on your GP and getting rid of the GP rims?

No reason other than I'm just being nosey and curious. :D
 
the OR link said 750 obo and then i searched his post on craiglook.com and the guy selling them had a price of 500 obo. so how much did you get him down? i almost had him talked in to shipping thm to me but you obviously made his sell easier. congrats
 
Well a few reasons..I do not have the Alcoa's..my front rims on mine are all ripped apart from the first owner taking it to the carwash. Was looking for 2 GP rims but found all 4 of these for less than that.
And 3rd..I always like the concpet GXP's rims and always thought the Bonnie GXP's had that same shape..though not the rivits and such but just the look of the concept.
and looked on here and saw a guy with a white 04+ GP with them on his and I was sold.

My GP rims will now be my snow tires. I have a set of all season on there now and will be regulated to winter action.

Since you have the non alcoas, now I know why you switched....I probably would too. :th_thumbsup-wink:

I purchased 2 more 18X8 alcoas so I can run 8" rims all the way around. Are the Bonny GXP rims also 8"?
