Is it bad? (Rust)

Back on topic, here's a picture of where I lift my GP from. Mine's an 02, so the pinch welds aren't too bad for Michigan. I still go for the frame though. And the place in the rear of the car I believe you were talking about was the trailing arm mount, which I believe is okay, but the back of the car isn't nearly as heavy as the front, and my rear pinch welds look better than the front so I do go for the rear pinch welds.
It's a video still frame from my oil change. You can see the pad is on the uni-body frame.

It can damage it if I lift from there. Btw. Ur car is still good with rust.

I had like pieces falling omg.
Anyway the guy from the alignment said the brake and fuel line about to crumble. And the ill have no brakes.
Wth?!?

You will not damage your sub frame by lifting it there, I've never seen a car rusted through the frame that bad. If you're talking about the rear pinch welds, I wouldn't worry about them. Even if the pinch is gone, the metal under it is what's really supporting the weight.
My uncle's 03 impala's brake line rusted and he had no brakes while doing 70 on the freeway. He was a mile from home and was able to pump them up enough to stop and get home but had it towed to a dealer that totally ripped him of for a brake line. Like $400 for one line from the ABS pump to the brake hose adapter on the LR side, it was insane. It's a good thing to inspect both the brake and fuel lines for excessive rust, and get them replaced if they're how you're describing it. It better to replace bad brake lines, even for a rather large amount, then to total your car. I've looked at mine after that pic was taken, they don't look too bad, but I should have checked the fuel lines too. I've seen a Buick something from 93 where the fuel line was dripping at least a drop a second, and they just keep driving it.

Can u point on the photo from where its ok to lift it in a bad condition of rust?

If I spray the fuel line with a caliper spray paint will it help to stop the rust?

por ( paint over rust) paint would be better to use, but changing them would be best. last thing you want is to NEED YOUR BRAKES and not have any, they always seem to blow out when you nail the brakes real hard.

for the front you can set the jack right where the bolt for the rear sub frame bolts in, i use that all the time for the fronts. you can also put a jack stand under the front sub frame along the sides. where the lower control arms mount.

the rears by the frame mount also. billBoost37 posted some pis of his rear suspension replacement how to, shows where he put the jack stands in the rear.

Tnx ill do that.

dam boy last time i saw rust that bad it was on a 1940 buick super convertible. i had to weld the rockers back in place just to sell the dam thing

As cheap as what most GPs, regal etc can be purchased for I would just buy another and either swap what you want to keep and scrap it. Sorry it's just not worth repairing and nothing you can do anymore to save it from the cancer.
