• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

theres my laugh of the day

im 6'1" and ~250. i dont work out often or eat well. i am going to be trying to start up a routine and get back into swimming again as its the only way i know how to effectively work out my entire body. i am getting sick of running and lifting weights. a few years ago i was 185, but the end years of college and now being out in the work force stopped me from doing what i did before to stay in shape (play sports).

I think 5/8 cant remeber, and about 140. I stay away from sugary food/drinks. i run, lift, box here and there, nothing intense. I could proly loose 1-2 pounds of fat? idk.

7'4" and weigh 800 lbs!!!

Actually 6'4" 150 lbs. Ride BMX everyday in the summer and in the winter I ride indoor at least once a week. In the winters I'm not in as much shape as I am in the summer but my girl and I are going to start using the gym on campus.

sounds like an idea . . . swimming is hard easier to get a cramp then jogging.

6'6" and weigh 200 lbs. Used to be about 185 when I was a junior in highschool 2 years ago and I was a 360* dunking machine. Now all I do is dunk donuts....lol Then I was lean, now I'm just a lil bit chubbier.

That chart doesnt account for muscle or anything so its pretty much bullsh*t. Ronnie Coleman is a power lifter, weighs about 300lbs and is 5'7. but he is the most ripped dude youll ever see. charts are gay

no im not saying swimming gives you cramps im saying its easier to get for me when swimming then it is when jogging or runnning.

Nick.. why would a chart account for muscle?

Does everyone in this world have packed on pounds of muscle?

No...

"Ripped" body builders put the weight on, they don't involuntary get fat putting them 50-100 lbs overweight...
