I wrestled at 189lbs and I was 2" shorter than I am now, I had like sub 10% body fat. I am now 5'11" and I am "suppose" to weight 175 or something. Not happening, not everyone's body is the same. IMHO overweight can be measured by body fat % not height to weight ratio.
 
6'3" and 210, 8% body fat. Im happy i gained 10 lbs recently :D

Im a certified pt in the works, I eat healthier than anyone i know (still drink on weekends, mostly) i workout 2wice a day at the gym (just not lately due to an injured side) now its just cardio since i fell off a quad and ****ed **** up :/
 
WRONG. getting cramps is because of eating the wrong foods. fruit and water help reduce cramps

yep. i used to swim in high school and i was damn good at it. i feel this is going to be my only outlet for getting back into working out. i just need to come up with a few different workouts for me to do and ill be set. i dont necessarily have to swim the whole time, i can also do other things in the water to help me out.
 


i lost from 217 to 205 in the last 4 weeks. still got around20 more lbs to go. it sux getting older, this sh!t is hard to take off! i'm 5'9". either lose more weight or get taller. 185 or 109 would be great.

i miss it alot. My senior year (last year) i got a shoulder injury. Basically had to only kick the whole season and do rehab on my shoulder. Made state (no clue how) but even now if i lift too hard with my right shoulder or swim more than a couple hundred yards it gets to hurting again. I am a coach now for my old competitive team. Let me know and I'll make up some workout for you :p

that would be great actually because i cant say that i remember all the drills i did off the top of my head. my right shoulder is also pretty bad. it pops in and out of the socket a lot and its going to be interesting to see if i can even swim heavily without it bothering me.
 
5'9 185lbs. Nobody believes me when I tell them after they ask how much I weigh. I've had a few say I can't weigh more than 150. :th_scratchhead::th_liar:??

I believe mine is the rotator cuff judging by the 2 other guys that had problems with theirs. I'll try to come up with some good drills that are easier on the shoulder. Lots of kicking... :th_shakinghead1:
 


I'm 5'9 and about 140...hows that? I eat unhealthy...drink all the time...and don't exercise...no weight gain at all. It is called a high metabolism.
