I bet i can take you both :-) and from a roll it will be even better! the DOHC isnt known for its low end but my tuning fixes most of that. add in my gear swap and it is a mean car... too bad my trany is showing its age again. Its time for the engine swap to the L67 finally. my DOHC has given 221,000 Miles and still seems bullet proof. but has a killer streak for trany's soooo i will be joining the 3800 club :-)

I wouldnt doubt your DOHC they are pretty good engines.and yea only if our trannys were bulletproof as well :(

My 00 GT had 184K and ran strong when I got rid of it, and my 98 GTP blew a rod through the pan on the previous owners at 174K. Bought the new L32 with 80K and has maybe 90K on it now. Also had a 96 Bonneville with 156K when sold, and a 98 firebird with 147K when sold
