The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.
From the looks of it.......the header was rubbing against the plastic piece of my fan?? and then through the plastic and the metal inside rubbed grinded it down im guessing.
Not forward enough on the header pipe for an abrasion hole, looks liked a grinder or some sorta chemical. Doesn't really matter. I'd try the JB weld, if headers are off car you can push JB weld into the header pipe and flatten it on both sides, akin to a rivet. Then smooth it down prior to final hardening. JB weld is rated for 600*f but I don't know if the heating/cooling cycles will effect it.
I just noticed this problem on my car with my speed daddy headers.. It's being pushed up to the fan motor casing. I knew it would cause this... This why I'm ordering slim fans in like 10 min
