Projectors? If so, I have another question. Are your beams shooting perfectly flat? If not, they're aimed wrong as well, which is likely with those headlights. It is repairable though.
I would start by taking a zip tie to each side to pull the back side of the headlight into the car slightly more, if you have the spyder auto ones they probably stick out a tad. This will pull the aim in a little, and possibly a little higher, for the rest, I'd recommend putting foam weather stripping underneath the headlights. Maybe different on another car, but my car being black, you can't even see it.
If they aren't the spyder autos, the zip ties may not be necessary, but the weather stripping is still the best way to go to completely eliminate the bounce.
