No at work right now but I get off soon and will have it running when I'm out just need to put fluids and hook up the battery and tune

Awesome, it lives! What did you end up doing about the PCV stuff on the Gen V? I searched the thread, but PCV and Gen V are too short, lol.

What do you mean the PCV and Gen V are too short?

There's two ways you can do this. I already posted in this thread on how to do it, but I'll repeat.

1: Cap 3/8th nipple on back of Gen V and run a Valve Cover Breather.
(I don't prefer this way as I'd like to make the PCV functional. This lets unmetered air into the engine and could cause your LTFTs to be off).
2: Drill out brass plug on bottom of L67 Throttle Body. Tap the hole and screw in a 3/8th fitting and run a vacuum line from there to the Gen V nipple. This makes the PCV functional.

yeah I ended up having the throttle body, but I came home from work today and it seemed like the battery was dead it wouldn't start it seems like it just kept clickingwhat are some things that can narrow down beside the battery?

No guys I know what to do to the TB for a Gen V, I have done it, and posted (in this thread, actually)\shown other people how to do it. I'm asking Steve what he ended up doing to his TB to have functional PCV, lol.

Dan, what I meant when I said PCV and GEN V were too short, was that when I goto search this thread for the words "PCV" and "Gen V" the website says "The following articles were too short: PCV, Gen, V" I was trying to search THIS thread to see what Steve did to his TB for functioning PCV so I didn't ask him the same question again.

check the cable on the starter is tight, as well as the 2 bolts holding the starter on the block.

Ditto on the bolts\cable. Did you end up using a breather for the PCV or drill\tap the TB? You said you already had the TB, but it's a modification you have to do to the TB itself (or use a breather).

Yeah that's what I was trying to do until I feel asleep another long night and going into work early morning killed me I just passed out lol, tomorrow I have off I want to make a junk yard run early just to see what they have and I have the cash to title and plate the car thinking I might get slowgtx or 2screwd something like that it should be fun once i get it started would have loved to clean it and drive it today but i guess it's better then it not starting someplace far

and I tapped out the TB and had just used a 3/8 transmission like I had left over0l0lzx
